Hyundai has recently unveiled the Adventure editions of its popular models, the Creta and Alcazar, at competitive prices starting from Rs 15.17 lakh for the Creta and Rs 19.04 lakh for the Alcazar (ex-showroom, India). Notably, the Adventure edition is exclusively available with a petrol engine for the Creta, while the Alcazar offers both petrol and diesel engine options.

Hyundai’s latest Alcazar and Creta Adventure Editions showcase an all-new Ranger Khaki colour that sets them apart. Enhancing their aesthetic, these editions incorporate a sophisticated blacked-out design, extending to elements such as the grille, skid plates, side sills, roof rails, shark-fin antenna, ORVMs (Outside Rear-View Mirrors), and 17-inch alloy wheels. A touch of elegance comes from the dark chrome finish on the Hyundai logo at the rear, coupled with the distinctive branding of Creta and Alcazar lettering. The “Adventure” emblem on the front fender adds a captivating touch.

Stepping inside, the interior of these Hyundai Adventure Edition models welcomes you with an alluring all-black theme. Sage Green inserts further elevate the ambience, while fresh seat upholstery adds a touch of luxury. Notably, these editions come equipped with a dual-camera dashcam, enhancing safety and recording your adventures. Adventure-themed mats and sleek metal pedals contribute to the enhanced interior experience.

The Creta Adventure Edition offers a range of six captivating colours. Monotone paint schemes include Abyss Black, Atlas White, Titan Grey, and Ranger Khaki, while dual-tone options comprise Atlas White and Ranger Khaki, both paired with an Abyss Black roof. Similarly, the Alcazar Adventure Edition boasts four elegant monotone shades – Abyss Black, Atlas White, Titan Grey, and Ranger Khaki – and three dual-tone alternatives – Atlas White, Ranger Khaki, and Titan Grey – each complemented by an Abyss Black roof.

Powertrain Options for the Hyundai Creta and Alcazar Adventure Editions

The Creta Adventure edition is exclusively available with a 1.5-litre petrol engine, generating 115hp and 144Nm. It is offered with the SX trim and 6-speed manual gearbox, as well as the SX (O) trim with a CVT.

On the other hand, the Alcazar Adventure edition boasts versatility with a choice of powertrains. It includes the 160hp, 253Nm 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine, a 116hp, 250Nm 1.5-litre diesel engine, and a spacious 7-seat configuration. The Platinum trim variant offers a 6-speed manual gearbox for both petrol and diesel engines. Meanwhile, the Signature (O) trim comes with the option of a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic for the petrol engine and a 6-speed automatic for the diesel engine.

The Creta Adventure edition enters the fray against rivals such as the Lava Blue and Matte editions of the Skoda Kushaq, along with the GT Edge Limited edition of the Volkswagen Taigun. Noteworthy competitors also include the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Toyota Hyryder, Kia Seltos, MG Astor, and the anticipated Honda Elevate and Citroen C3 Aircross.

In the case of the Alcazar Adventure edition, it faces off against special editions of the Tata Safari, including the Dark, Red Dark, and Adventure trims. Competing models also encompass the MG Hector Plus and Mahindra XUV700.
