Hyundai Verna 2023 – EXTERIOR DESIGN:
The all-new 2023 Verna comes with a new exterior design. It gets a new front, side and rear profile. So this time it is a totally fresh update, it is following the new design language. The design might be like it or hate it for some but the cuts and creases are sharply present. It gets a continuous LED strip in the front and the LED headlamps get merged with the newly updated grill.
The indicators are Halogen so we can see a mix-match combination happening. it is a nice touch by Hyundai by giving both headlamps and indicators as LED. It even gets a Functional air curtain at the front to improve the aerodynamics of the vehicle.
SIDE LOOK:
The characteristics on the side are very different. There are cuts and creases and new designs for the alloy wheels as well. The new design for the alloys is very different from what we have seen earlier and with Diamond Cut 16-inch Alloys, it looks quite dope on them. It is equipped with front and rear disc brakes in Turbo Only. The roof gets a kind of sloping roofline at the C-pillar which makes it quite attractive from the rear.
REAR DESIGN:
The rear again gets a new style of design language. With the continuous LED DRL in the H-shaped design language, joining both the tail lamps, it gets a new design altogether. The continuous light treatment is also seen on other siblings like the Venue or in the updated Grand i10 Nios. It gets real exhaust and a single tip for both petrol and Turbo petrol. The Overall rear styling is different in the Sedan segment and a head turner. There is a crystal element effect happening in the taillamps which are quite different from what we can see on its siblings.

COLOUR VARIANTS:
It is offered in 7 single-tone colours and 2 dual-tone option is only on the turbo variant and the interior gets 2 colour options to choose from.
Let’s have a look at what it offers inside.
REAR SEAT EXPERIENCE:
The rear seat has always been a complaint in the Verna due to less knee room but now it has improved a lot and the rear AC vents are still there to pamper the rear seat passengers. The recline angle is also pretty much decent enough and the seating is quite low. A good amount of knee room, leg room and under-thigh support has improved quite a lot from the previous generation. There is a centre hump which makes the third passenger a little uncomfortable in the centre. There are 2 headrests at the rear so we can say that two passenger gets a head at the rear and centre armrest with cup holders as well. It even gets rear manual curtains to pamper the rear passengers.
Now let us jump on the front seats and see what is present over there.
FRONT SEAT EXPERIENCE:
The front dashboard is altogether a new unit. Dual 10.25-inch panoramic screens are present where one is the infotainment and the other is the instrument cluster. The instrument cluster is kind of similar to what we see in the updated Venue. It now gets a new Switchable type of infotainment and Switchable type of climate controller which is a first-in-segment feature. In the turbo variant, it gets metallic pedals and red inserts as well. There are 64 colours for ambient lighting, equipped with a wireless charger, plenty of cupholders and for music enjoyment. It gets 8 speaker BOSE system.
