Jeep Compass Diesel Automatic Specifications

It’s worth making a note that there is no petrol engine on offer with the Compass. That’s discontinued because of the low sales and the implementation of BS6 Stage 2 norms. Jeep found it unworthy to upgrade the petrol so there is only a diesel option with the Compass. The 2-liter diesel engine pumps out 170 PS of power and 350 Nm of torque. There is a 9-speed torque converter transmission on offer that was first introduced in the Trailhawk edition. Those who seek an upgrade to a diesel automatic but don’t require a 4WD configuration can go for this new Longitude Plus trim in the car. Jeep also has the 6-speed manual transmission on offer at Rs 20.89 lakhs (ex-showroom, all India) for those who enjoy the experience of a manual transmission.
