Volkswagen Taigun Car looks

Volkswagen Taigun is a car that has a very stylish appeal that can attract a lot of young adults towards it. The looks of the cars matter a lot but many people ignore looks for the features in other cars. It’s still an initiative by the German carmaker that Taigun has stellar looks and nothing can beat this model in looks. Many people will love Taigun for its looks and some may even love its sister Kushaq for the way it looks. A lot of features like projector headlamps and many other features are present in the GT Plus variant.

If there is a thing that we liked about the Taigun then surely the alloy wheels are fabulous in terms of looks. it doesn’t have request sensors on the door handles which could have been a great addition. Volkswagen will also bring new variants that will attract a lot of buyers to the Taigun. One will surely recall the looks of the sister car Skoda Kushaq as both cars are almost similar in looks.

The looks are subjective and opinions depend on different people as per their tastes and choices. Taigun gets LED taillamps at the rear and doesn’t give any kind of polarizing feeling in terms of design.
Looks at the interior

Volkswagen has designed the interior of the Taigun in a way it can attract a lot of buyers who need a better interior. The main highlight is the 10-inches touchscreen that has support for wireless android auto and Apple car play. It has a great response on offer and doesn’t give a feeling of lag during usage. There is a lot of scope for improvement and Volkswagen needs to make the air conditioning more effective. The air conditioning has cooling but better response could be appreciated. Taigun gets a fully digital instrument cluster that crisply shows information.

Those who have an average height can sit comfortably in the rear seat as the cabin is suitable in terms of space. One will not feel claustrophobic due to the large windows and spacious cabin.
Volkswagen Taigun Configurations and Drive Impression

The Volkswagen Taigun gets both 1-litre TSI and 1.5-liter TSI engines on offer. We drove the 1.5-litre TSI engine with the DSG configuration which just feels very punchy in the cities. Another thing that impressed me a lot is the refined engine. There is very less noise that kicks in when one revs the engine at higher speeds. The gearbox of the car is faster with shifts due to which one gets a lot of performance. During our first drive, We never felt any turbo lag or jerks during gearshifts. Volkswagen offers the Taigun DSG with paddle shifters for better convenience in city traffic. A person who requires something fun to drive should get the Taigun GT.
Dynamics and Handling

It makes a lot of sense to get the Taigun as the car feels stable due to the well-tuned suspension on offer. We mostly drove in the city and found that the steering feels lighter at lower speeds. A lighter steering wheel has a an advantage for driving in the cities. Its brakes are also stellar and offer massive stopping power.
Safety of the Taigun
Taigun scored a 5-star rating in Global NCAP. Any car launched in India should get a higher NCAP rating for better assurance of safety.
